Relieved Yourself from Stress!



The feeling of joy and happiness are the measurement of contentment.  And to many people these are the measurement of personal success.  Thus making other people feel the joy is the higher expression of success.  However, it is truly impossible to make others happy if you are not satisfied and happy with yourself.

You can achieve joy and happiness by starting it within yourself.  These two can be easily accomplish by starting changes to your daily routine.  Why not trying the following:   

1. Start each day with expectation.
The moment you rise up from bed, make your first thought: "something wonderful is going to happen today." 

2. Plan and Prioritize.
We all know that the most common source of stress is the perception that you have a lot of work to do.  Rather than thinking about it again and again, why not pick one thing that, if you get it done today, you are about to finish it and will be closer to your goal and purpose.  

3. Showing gratitude to those nice people you meet.
Saying thank you more often with a combination of your sweet smile can be gift.  Even a word of appreciation, encouragement or a simple gesture of politeness will do a lot.  And if you happen to be outside your home and see a beggar, try not to pass them without leaving them something.  Most often times peace of mind is worth the spare change.

4. Deflect partisan conversations.
Avoid arguments about other topics like politics and religion that might lead to riled up over things. 

5. Assume people have good intentions.
Sometimes it is difficult to grasp what others think.  It is not proper to assume.  Imputing bad motives to other people's bizarre behaviors adds extra misery to life, while assuming good intentions leaves you open to reconciliation.

6. Eat high quality food slowly.
In life, eating and grinding the food slowly is really best for the health.  Concentrate on the food taste.  Focus on it and feel its goodness. 

7. Let go of your results.
We all know that the opposite of happiness is being anxious.  In which, comes from focusing on events that are outside your control. Once you've taken your action, there is nothing more you can do.  At the moment focus on the existing job rather than thinking some weird fantasy of what might happen on the situation that is outside your control.

8. Turn off "background" TV.
A lot of households leave their television turn on.  They often do this to have "background noise" while they're doing other things. The entire point of opening a TV is to make you dissatisfied with your life so that you'll buy more stuff. 

9. Make sure to end each day with gratitude.
As what I have said in item no. 3, that is to show gratitude, same thing when you are about to go to bed.  Think or write down at least one wonderful thing that has happened. It might be something that makes you smile.  Think of the things that you have done that make you feel happy.  Hence, whatever it is, be grateful for that day because it will never come again.

Friends, are you somehow worried that you are gaining your age every year as you celebrating your birthday?  Well, need not to worry, since it does not bring any good effect at all.  Why worrying, when in fact, you can't do anything, our age will really adds-up as the years goes by.  Except for one fact, that when we have gone, then, our age that time will automatically reach its end.

However, why not enjoy your life why still alive and kicking.  After all, age does not really matter.  As this is just only a number that helps us to count and determine how far have we gone since we are born.  Thus, our age is not a hindering factor for us to stop the beautiful, enjoyable and healthy things that we are doing.  Moreover, we should continue more our healthy activities and ignore the increasing number that adds-up on to our age.

Let me share Some Secrets to Stay Young Even in your 40's, Getting On Your Way Into Your 40's, Having Your Age at Your 30's:

Looking fabulous well into your 40's, 30's and even those becoming 40's is not impossible.  All you need to do is keep a fit and healthy body.  By doing the following which is written below, you can be assured that you will gain a Younger Looking.
  • Drink plenty of water.  Why?  Well, water hydrates your skin, improves its elasticity, hides ugly wrinkles and it helps your skin glowing.  Enough reasons why to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses per day.  And please take note that tea, coffee, colas, sodas and alcohol are not a good and adequate substitute.
  • Eat natural.  Fruits, nuts and vegetables are rich in antioxidants.  The chemical compounds are your natural defense against the free radicals that wear down your body's cells and accelerate aging. Carotenoids (found in apricots, carrots, mangoes, papayas, sweet potatoes, spinach, and broccoli), Vitamin C (found in amla, oranges, cantaloupes, grapefruit, guavas, lychees, strawberries, tomatoes and cabbage) and Vitamin E (found in almonds, avocados, and kiwi) neutralise toxins, fight infections and keep you fighting-fit.  Antioxidants are not restricted to fruit and veggies alone.  The polyphenol ECGC, or epigallocatechin gallate, is a super antioxidant that is abundant in green tea. It rejuvenates dying skin cells, heals scrapes and bruises, removes blemishes, and protects against damage from sunlight.
  • Choose healthy cooking oils.  While fighting the flab, don't make the mistake of going off all fat. Monounsaturated fat in oils such as olive, canola, and flax seed, can actually help you stay lean and fit. What's more, these oils help you absorb fat soluble carotenoids and vitamins that have an anti-aging effect on your skin.
  • Eat enough Protein.  Why?  Protein contains amino acids that are essential to build and repair your body cells. Eating an adequate amount of protein (about 120 gms daily) supports the growth of healthy skin, hair and nails.
  • Cut down Sugars.  Sugary foods are bad for your looks. This is because a rapid rise in blood sugar causes the sugar molecules to bind themselves to the collagen, a kind of protein, in your skin. This process, known as glycation, makes skin hard and rigid, causing sagging and wrinkling. 
  • Get the right amount of Sunlight.  Getting the right amount of sunlight is really good for the skin.  It provides Vitamin D, helps absorb calcium and phosphorus, bolsters immunity, and relieves skin trouble. It's the extended exposure, especially to the overhead afternoon sun, that is harmful. This is because UV rays in sunlight break down collagen in the skin, making it rough and leathery and causing wrinkles and premature aging. It also increases the risk of skin cancer. Protect skin against direct sunlight by covering all exposed areas or using a good sunscreen.
  • Use a Proper Soap and Avoid Settling for Less.  When it comes to the care for your skin, buy and get those soap that will best match your skin type, such as dry, oily, normal or sensitive.  Avoid soaps with high pH or acid content, as these can harm your skin. Also, herbal soaps are a gentler alternative to those containing chemicals. As a rule, use minimal soap to preserve the natural oils in your skin.
  • Use and Buy the Proper Cosmetics.  Check labels for those containing retinoids. Derived from Vitamin A, these compounds increase collagen production and cell regeneration in your skin, thus helping you stave off the effects of aging.
  • Applying Small Amount of  Lotion.  Apply moisturizers, creams and and a bit amount of lotions just before going to bed.  As your body temperature is slightly higher when you sleep, there will be better absorption of these products.  However, you need not apply these everyday especially if you are living in a country where the weather is really hot.  As you will just feel annoy and uneasy.
  • Use the right Hair Conditioners.  Conditioners tend to soften hair, so that it hangs flat and looks lifeless. One trick is to apply conditioner only on the outer tips of your hair. This way the lower portion of the hair retains its natural bounce.
  • Heal your Hands.  Your hands bear the brunt of the work you always do. The result is discoloured or hardened skin and chipped nails that make you look older. To keep your hands looking good, treat them with care products such as creams and lotions. Brushing them with a toothbrush and a solution of sea salt and lemon will also keep them soft. Occasionally, you may treat yourself to a manicure.
  • Pamper your Feet.  Same as your Hands, Feet should be keep clean by scrubbing them daily with warm water and a brush. Using a pumice stone once a week will help to keep your feet smooth and soft.
  • Take some Massage.   An occasional massage offers immense physical and psychological benefits. It stimulates the skin, regulates blood pressure, purges toxins and eases stiffness in the joints. In addition, it reduces stress, promotes relaxation and makes you feel just great...which in turn influences the way you look.
  • Start some Jogging, Bending and Stretching movements.  These are excellent for improving physique and toning muscles.  Running helps you lose weight, keep fit and fight off stress. The result is that you not only look, but also feel, much younger. And yes, the fresh air helps too.
  • Keep Smiling.  Unbelievable but true. A simple smile lowers blood pressure, boosts immunity and releases endorphins and serotonin that make you 'feel good'. Plus, it is infectious, so that you set people around smiling back at you. Now that's reason enough to keep smiling.
  • Have some Meditations.  Why?  This will helps you connect with your inner self, calms you, cheers you up and makes you feel tremendously good about yourself. The results are for all to see.
  • Enjoy a Good Sleep.  Adequate sleep is crucial for your body to perform functions of cell renewal and regeneration. Regularising your patterns and sleeping early will ensure that you get the optimum eight hour sleep daily.     
Being At Your 30's or even at Your 40's, you should always look Pretty, Smart and Sexy.

  • If you have breakfast you can burn those calories early.
  • By having breakfast, if you have kids, you could set a good example for them.  Be careful to not to have dessert for breakfast, it will cause blood sugar loss later on and you will be tempted to eat even more.  Read the labels carefully, even if it says ‘nutritious’ look into the details and understand if your body needs that kind of food to start the day.

Are you happy and contented with your Job?

Are you contented and happy with your present job?  Was it the job of your judgment? Wouldn’t it be nice when everybody does what they like doing? The amount of zeal and passion you put into your work is really a phenomenal. 

Mistakes were often made in choosing the right career. Let's face it, most of us are not happy with our jobs.  It might not be that we made the wrong choice.  At some stage, we come to realize that things were not what we had expected.  We would have very mixed feelings about our jobs when so much effort and dreams had been put into our pursuits.
Work does sometimes make life miserable for us, even unbearable!  Honestly, I say the most important thing is to do what we like to do and to do it with enthusiasm.  No work could be said to be bad but if you hate your job, you are definitely not enjoying it.  Never take a job because someone talks you into it. Hence, take the job if you want to do it.  Otherwise, it is more likely that you would end up resenting it for a long while.

Most of us would have done different jobs in our lives. Our life experience enriched our knowledge, expanded our skills in handling tasks, people became more sophisticated due to the trainings being given, perseverance and frustration made us stronger, and be a better people.  Look at it this way, any job you had or have, you reaped personal benefit from it. You did not just give, thus, you also took a lot from it too, sometimes without realizing it.  Before you stamp your foot and say you hated it, turn another angle and look at it from the positive side.  There must be something there that you had learned. Nothing is all negative. Don't get me wrong. I am not against people changing course. I am just saying all is not lost.

Before starting any job, it is best to consider all things, good and bad, that this job would bring. Even a minor factor like its location would affect your well being in the long run.  Time is precious.  You move to accommodate the job or you settle for another "less suitable" choice. They choose you and you choose them too. Make a wise choice.

Time is hard and really precious.  The longer you procrastinate in a job that you consider is bad for you, the more you pay in terms of your happiness and loss of time. If you stick to a bad choice, the chances are, you will prolong your daily misery.  A lesser choice often brings you great relief and with a lighter or light burden on your heart and mind, the world would suddenly appear so much more beautiful and people are so much nicer.  If you have boarded the wrong boat right from the start, what do you say is the best thing for you to do?

Think about it, before you get drowned into it.  As you grow older, you should also gain the knowledge and wisdom.  So that you can come up on a better idea that you can use for you to have a bright and wonderful life.
